Whidbey Island Ice Cream - Product Information
Our product is a premium quality ice cream made with only the finest ingredients available. To start with, our dairy product is a high butterfat mixture (rBST-free cream and milk, organic sugar, egg yolks, natural plant-based stabilizers) from hormone-free and antibiotic-free cows. Every batch of ice cream is individually made and taste tested. We have many all-natural flavors available. For example, our natural Pistachio, our natural Mint, and our natural Orange (Creamy) are white - no artificial green or orange color.
We package our retail product into pints and bars. Our ice cream bars are hand-dipped in dark Guittard Chocolate - no paraffin or other extenders added. We also make 1-gallon and 3-gallon tubs available for restaurants.
